  • "Kolos-1" is a joint-stock company with special investment purpose established in October 2003.
  • Shareholders: “Vi Vesta Holding” Plc., "PERLA" Plc., and HIC "Nadejda" JSC.
  • Total Share Capital: BGN 1,603,000, or 800 000 Euro.
  • Applied regulation: the Commercial Act, the Public Offering of Securities Act and the Joint-Stock Companies with Special Investment Purpose Act. 
  • Shares: non-paper registered voting shares with par value of 1,000 BGN each, with the right to a dividend and a liquidation quota.
  • The company is specialized in the securitization of real estate property and operates under a license issued by the Financial Supervision Commission (decision No. 796-DSIC of 17.11.2004).
  • The activity of “Kolos-1” includes raising funds by issuing of securities, purchase of real estate and real rights over real estate property, executing construction and improvement of buildings for the purpose of their subsequent management, rent-out, leasing, or sale.
  • Depositary Bank: CB "Alianz Bulgaria" AD, Sofia. The Depositary Bank holds the cash and securities of the company, and it is obliged to perform all payments on behalf of the company, by observing the provisions contained in the Company’s Act of Incorporation and prospectus.
